Darshan Academy, Delhi, in collaboration with the Rotary Club, hosted the Rotary Installation Ceremony on July 17, 2025, on the school premises. The program commenced with a soulful prayer and guided meditation, followed by the ceremonial lamp lighting led by Ms. Bhavna Arora, Senior Coordinator and Convenor, alongside esteemed dignitaries. After her formal welcome address, a vibrant welcome dance and a melodious group song by the students added a cultural charm to the event.
The highlight of the day was the Pinning Ceremony, where newly elected Interact Club members were officially inducted. Former leaders Parul Kanojia and Aarushi Bindal shared their inspiring journeys, while the Rotary Club President addressed the students, encouraging them to uphold the motto’ Service Above Self.’ Ms. Mamta Sabharwal, Head of the School, shared details of the upcoming project, adding momentum to the club’s mission.
Ms. Mamta Sabharwal, HOS, and Ms. Bhavna Arora, convenor, were awarded certificates for their exemplary leadership and coordination. Teachers, Ms. Anshu and Ms. Ritika, were also felicitated for their active participation in the previous session. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Ms. Monika Sachdeva, Academic Coordinator, while student comperes Ananya and Kanishk guided the ceremony with grace. The event successfully celebrated youth leadership, unity, and service.
