A fire drill was conducted in the school on July 29, 2026, under the coordination of Ms Aarti Vohra to reinforce emergency preparedness and ensure that students and staff are familiar with evacuation procedures. The fire alarm was sounded immediately after the morning assembly, following which the entire school was evacuated in an orderly manner. The evacuation was completed successfully within three minutes. The Action Team efficiently carried out their assigned responsibilities and ensured the safe evacuation of all students and staff in accordance with the designated exit plan.
After reaching the assembly point, the class teachers conducted a head count of their respective classes to ensure that every student was safely accounted for. The drill concluded with Ms Mamta Sabharwal, Head of the School, addressing the students. She emphasized the importance of fire safety, remaining calm during emergencies, and following evacuation instructions promptly to ensure everyone’s safety. The drill was conducted smoothly and achieved its objective of enhancing awareness and preparedness among students and staff.
