Principal Awards & Achievements

Ms. Mamta Sabharwal, Head of Darshan Academy Delhi was honored with The Golden Zenith Award for Excellence in School Leadership by GSL-EDU Excellence in collaboration with Mentorx. In addition to receiving the award, she was also a distinguished speaker at the International Summit on Gateway to Quality Education and Governance held on September 7, 2024. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Sabharwal for this remarkable achievement, recognizing her commitment to promoting quality education and exemplary leadership.

Delhi Minority Commission has also felicitated Ms. Mamta Sabharwal, Head of the School for her exemplary contribution in the field of education & building a better society & a great nation. We congratulate her for her remarkable accomplishments. 

Head of the School Ms. Mamta Sabharwal has been honoured with Savitribai Phule Leadership Samman for her exemplary contribution in the field of Education. This was indeed a great achievement for Darshan Academy , Delhi to receive such an honor from Shri Yuvraj Malik,  the Man of wisdom, The Director, National Book Trust Government of India, in an award ceremony held on September 2, 2023 at New Maharashtra Sadan organised by Indraprastha School Sahodaya and Delhi Sahodhaya Schools complex. This was a prestigious moment to receive trophy, a certified memento along with Awardee stole and a planter. 

Ms. Mamta Sabharwal, HOS, Delhi has been awarded for Outstanding Leadership & Guidance in Educational Sector by Maharishi University. Since it was the national award ceremony there were eminent leaders from many states who witnessed the function. The award was given by Sh. Shrichand Sharma – MLC, who was the Chief Guest of the program and Sh. Vice Chancellor of Maharishi University.  

We feel truly elated to share that we participated in The Great Indian Youth Festival 2023 on 23 Dec 2023 at the National Stadium in New Delhi. This was organised by GFRIS Foundation, a government registered charitable organisation on the theme  “Har Ghar Mein Hai Ek Superstar” that aimed to celebrate and empower the youth.*  The talented musical group of DA Delhi under the guidance of Mr. Pawan Kumar showcased their brilliance with a live performance at the Great Indian Youth Festival. The performance was appreciated by all.  Sh. Himanshu Gupta, Secretary, CBSE, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. I feel privileged to share that with the blessings of our beloved Maharaj Ji, I received the ‘ Most Influential Educator 2023 award on the day that was presented by Sh. Himanshu Gupta & founders of GFRIS Foundation. 80 heads or directors were selected from all over Delhi for the same. 

Ms. Mamta Sabharwal, Vice Principal, HOS has been felicitated with very significant Bhartiya Shiksha Ratan Award 2021 in admiration & recognition of being one of the greatest teachers of the country and her sincere dedication in the field of education by Global Education Talk Foundation in collaboration with Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India.

SRM University Delhi-NCR-Sonepat in collaboration with Action Committee of Unaided Recognised Private Schools, India conferred  the prestigious ‘Guru Drona Awards – 2018’  on Mr. A David, Principal, Darshan Academy, Delhi on December 14th, 2018 by Shri.Manoj Tiwari, Member of Parliament and Delhi State BJP President (Chief Guest), in the presence of Dr.P.Prakash Vice Chancellor, SRM University Delhi-NCR, Sonepat (Haryana) and the Registrar Dr. Mainsh Bhalla. The award presented to selected Principals of schools  for all the efforts, contributions and good will that had been imparted to hundreds of students through the institutions.
