Darshan Academy, Delhi took a pledge on cleanliness to mark ‘Swachhata Pakwada Community Outreach’ in the month of September. The school promoted the virtue of cleanliness among students of classes I-XII. The students were encouraged not to litter and to dispose of the garbage properly and wisely. They were told about the hazards of using plastic and to avoid using plastic bags. They were motivated to segregate biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste, so as to make their country green and clean.
