A book donation drive was successfully organised at Darshan Academy, Delhi, on Feb. 11, 2026. The initiative was led by Dr. Mamta Amarpuri, Senior Librarian and In-charge of the Reading Club, along with co-teachers Ms. Bharti and Ms. Pooja Daksh, and the Reading Club’s enthusiastic students. An executive from Guzarish Books for All NGO was invited to collect the donated books.
Ms. Mamta Sabharwal, HOS, and Ms. Monika Sachdeva, academic coordinator, wholeheartedly supported the drive and contributed books. Students and teachers of the Reading Club actively participated by donating old books, demonstrating their commitment to social responsibility and the joy of sharing knowledge. The initiative was carried out smoothly with the support and encouragement of the HOS and academic coordinator. The drive reflected the school’s dedication to fostering empathy, community engagement, and a love for reading beyond the classroom.
