Darshan Academy, Delhi, hosted an exuberant twin celebration of Darshanam and Urja Utsav, centered on innovation, creativity, and ecological consciousness, on August 4, 2025. Darshanam 2025 was an Interschool event themed “Eco Pulse: Nature’s Symphony and Sustainable Living”. The event featured 15 Inter-school competitions, in which approximately 100 students from neighboring schools participated. The much-anticipated Urja Utsav science exhibition brought together young minds of Darshan Academy students in a vibrant confluence of talent and awareness displayed through various working models and brain games.
The event was inaugurated with great zeal by the esteemed Chief Guest, Dr. Sudhir Maske, Assistant Professor at the Department of Social Work, University of Delhi, who delivered an inspiring address highlighting the importance of eco-conscious innovations in today’s world. The Head of School, Ms. Mamta Sabharwal, extended a heartfelt welcome to all dignitaries, including the Guest of Honour, Mr. Chirag, a leading data analyst, and the cherished alumni of Darshan Academy. The Academic Coordinator, Ms. Monika Sachdeva, guided the participants through the event rules and ensured smooth coordination across all competitions. Students from various schools participated with enthusiasm and sportsman spirit, making the event a dynamic display of knowledge, collaboration, and eco-awareness. The Programme Coordinator, Ms. Kiran Khanna, appreciated the students for their enthusiasm and great participation.
Gracing the valedictory ceremony was Dr. Chanderketu, Director of Ayush(MCD), who honoured the talented winners and participants. His motivating words uplifted the spirit of the audience. The overall championship trophy was proudly claimed by St. Margaret Senior Secondary School, amid loud cheers and applause. The event drew to a memorable close with a warm and gracious vote of thanks by Dr. Anupriya Narang, Middle Wing Coordinator. DARSHANAM 2025 was not just an event, but a resonating symphony of nature, talent, and young brilliance. It left behind a trail of inspiration, joy, and a deeper commitment toward a greener tomorrow.
