Darshan Academy, Delhi, students proudly participated in the “E-Waste Revolution: From Disposal to Sustainability” campaign organized by the Bajaj Foundation in collaboration with UNICEF YuWaah, Meri LiFE, under the Ministry of Environment, Forests, and Climate Change’s Mission LiFE, and MAIT (Manufacturers Association for Information Technology). The campaign was designed to enlighten students about the environmental and health impacts of e-waste while promoting sustainable practices for its disposal and recycling. Through this initiative, the students aspire to foster a culture of environmental stewardship and contribute to ensuring a safer, cleaner future for all. Students and ambassadors from classes V-XII actively participated in the e-waste collection drive, and their efforts led to the successful collection of e-waste on October 15, 2024. This campaign provided a great learning experience, fostering creativity and encouraging environmental responsibility among young minds.
