“Love the Earth as you would love yourself.” With this beautiful quote, grades X and V students conducted a special assembly on Earth Day. The program started with a skit performed by the students of class 10 about the effects of global warming and how we, as responsible citizens, can try to reverse the effect. The students recited beautiful poems and told the importance of the 3Rs. The assembly was concluded by Ms. Sunaina Khanduja, who shared a short story of “The Giving Tree” and enlightened the students with her wisdom.
