Human Rights Day Celebration

Every year, 10th December is observed as Human Rights Day across the globe, highlighting the importance of promoting equality, dignity, and freedom for all. This year, Darshan Academy, Delhi, marked the occasion with an inspiring celebration that engaged students and teachers in meaningful activities.

The event was led by Mr. Sanjesh Kumar Singh, our dynamic sports teacher, who emphasized the importance of understanding human rights and fulfilling our duties to future generations. His thought-provoking address reminded students that they are the torchbearers of tomorrow, and their awareness and actions will shape a better world. Adding a harmonious touch to the celebration, Mr. Pavan Kumar, our talented music teacher, along with a group of enthusiastic students, presented a soulful song dedicated to the essence of Human Rights Day. The melody resonated with the values of unity, compassion, and justice, leaving the audience inspired and reflective.

The event concluded with a powerful and heartfelt address by Ms. Mamta Sabharwal, the Head of School. She summarized the assembly with her insightful remarks, appreciating the efforts of teachers and students alike. Her words of encouragement motivated everyone to uphold the principles of human rights in their daily lives and to work collectively toward creating a compassionate and equitable society.
