Darshan Academy, Delhi, celebrated Kirpal Week of Loving Kindness with great enthusiasm and compassion. As part of this meaningful celebration, three students, along with Ms. Bindu and Ms. Reena from Kalakiriti – The Art Club (Junior and Senior), participated in a community service activity. The team visited Cigarette Park, Bhamashah Road, where they conducted an art workshop and a colouring competition for underprivileged children. The children participated with great excitement and creativity, expressing their joy through colours and drawings. During the visit, the team donated stationery, art books and canvases, hygiene items such as soap, combs, and toothpaste, and old clothes to the children. Winners of the colouring competition were also awarded prizes. Seeing the bright smiles and enthusiasm on the children’s faces filled everyone’s hearts with joy and satisfaction. The activity truly reflected the spirit of loving kindness, sharing, and service to humanity, making the celebration of Kirpal Week a memorable and meaningful experience.
