Mass Meditation Session

The 11th Mass Meditation Session was conducted on February 28, 2026. The session witnessed the gracious presence of the HOS, academic coordinator, coordinators, teachers, parents, staff members, and foremen staff. The session began with a warm welcome from Ms. Ritika, followed by a guided meditation to promote inner peace, calm, and positivity. Special emphasis was placed on meditation to support focused studies and mental clarity, especially in view of the upcoming examinations.

The HOS, Ms. Mamta Sabharwal, addressed the gathering and highlighted the importance of meditation in strengthening concentration and emotional balance and in creating a harmonious school environment. She encouraged everyone to practice meditation regularly to improve focus and academic success. The session concluded on a serene note. The Academic Coordinator, Ms. Monika Sachdeva, expressed heartfelt gratitude to all participants and stakeholders for their continued support and active participation.
