Rolling Trophy Initiative

Darshan Academy, Delhi, continues its commitment to nurturing a well-rounded school environment through the Rolling Trophy Initiative. This initiative recognizes and rewards classes that excel in key areas such as discipline, cleanliness, and creative expression. The trophies are awarded monthly and have proven effective in promoting responsibility, team spirit, and active participation among students.

As part of this ongoing tradition, in July, the Bulletin Board Trophy was awarded to classes for their vibrant and informative displays on each floor. Nursery B received the award for the ground floor, while select classes from floors 1st to IV-A, 2nd to IX B, and 3rd to VII B were also recognized for their outstanding efforts. These boards not only reflect aesthetic appeal but also convey meaningful content aligned with school values and current themes. The Cleanliness Trophy acknowledged three classes for maintaining high standards of hygiene and orderliness. The first position was awarded to XI-C, Runner-Up I to II-A and Runner-Up I to V-B, respectively. This recognition aims to instill lifelong habits of cleanliness and care for one’s surroundings. The Discipline Trophy was proudly awarded to Class XII A for demonstrating consistent punctuality, respectful conduct, and adherence to school norms.

The Rolling Trophy Initiative has now become a well-established part of school culture, inspiring all students and teachers to contribute positively to the school environment. It remains a powerful tool in shaping character, fostering collaboration, and cultivating a shared sense of pride. It has flourished under the visionary leadership of our HOS Ma’am, Ms. Mamta Sabharwal, whose constant encouragement, keen observation, and unwavering support have been instrumental in its success. Her commitment to fostering a disciplined, creative, and value-based school culture continues to inspire both students and staff to strive for excellence in all areas of school life.
