Darshan Academy, Delhi, organised an outstation trip to Jispa-Manali for grades IX-XII. Jispa, a beautiful little town in the Lahaul district of Himachal Pradesh, is a stunning must-visit. Perched on the banks of the Bhaga River, Jispa lies two hours from Baralacha-la and provides the most stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The trip was planned for five days. Students enjoyed various activities besides the riverside, playing cricket, trekking, and archery. Every evening there was a bonfire with night music. Students got information about local dresses, vegetables, professions, etc., of local areas from the educationist of the College of Jispa. They trekked to the monastery, visited the Hidimba Mata Temple and enjoyed Mall Road in Manali. It was a very memorable outing for the entire group.
