The Kruu Award Ceremony 2023 was hosted by Darshan Academy Delhi in its school premises on 22 July 2023 and presented by the Kruu Team. Kruu is a unique, award-winning, global initiative bringing project-based learning from top universities to premier schools.
DA Delhi students participated in the project experience and worked with eminent professors from Oxford University, Krea and Ashoka University. Students on Kruu have the opportunity to collaborate in groups and work on specially curated projects. 24 students of Darshan Academy Delhi received certificates as Eminence Holders and 97 as Merit Holders of the Global Kruu Program. It is indeed a matter of pride for Darshan Academy’s students to reach a place in the Eminence List of 25% (1207 students) and 5% (222 students) among the many participants from across Asia.
President DEF, A. K. Sachdeva graced the occasion and congratulated the students, teachers and school for their commendable efforts. Guest of Honour and Founder of Kruu, Anil Srinivasan, one of India’s renowned musicians, felicitated the program and gave away certificates on the day, along with Kapil Tuli from Kruu. The guests were happy to witness and hear students’ reflections and experience about the projects they were involved in.
The event celebrated the success of the school and students in establishing their recognition among top progressive schools across Asia Pacific and Middle East.
