On 29/11/2023, a poetry fest was organized at Darshan Academy, Delhi, in remembrance of the great poet, Sant Darshan Singh Ji Maharaj. This poetry festival was conducted in three phases. In the third and final phase students showcased their poetry recitation talents by beautifully presenting a range of poems, including uplifting verses by Sant Darshan Singh Ji Maharaj.
In the decisive panel, Mrs. Poonam Ghai, Mr. Manmohan Sadana, and Mrs. Vasanti Kaur judged the performances. There were nine groups in this competition, with seven groups consisting of students, the eighth group comprising teachers, and the ninth group represented the parents.
Competitions of this kind contribute to the recitation skills and appreciation of poetry and spiritual topics among students. The winners were felicitated.
